CNA Week Spotlight: Deanna Kirby

Meet Deanna Kirby, our incredible CNA who proves it’s never too late to follow your calling. At age 57, Deanna made the inspiring decision to earn her CNA certification because of her deep belief in caring for others—and it shows in everything she does.



“I truly enjoy every moment I get to be part of our residents' days and help them in any way I can,” Deanna shared. “I consider my job very important, and I always try to make the residents smile. They bring so much happiness into my life.”

Outside of work, Deanna is a proud mother of four adult children and a loving grandmother to eight grandkids. When she’s not here with us, she’s at home spoiling her sweet dog, Penny!

If Deanna had to describe her job in three words, they’d be: rewarding, loving, and full of new learning every day—and we couldn't agree more.
