During National Social Work Month, we proudly recognize Bobbie, our esteemed Social Services Director, for her invaluable contributions to our nursing home community. Bobbie's journey with Foundations Health is a testament to her dedication, spanning from her tenure as an STNA at Carington Park to her current role since June 2023.



Bobbie's expertise extends from initial care conferences to discharge planning, where she consistently exceeds expectations, providing residents and families with peace of mind during their journey. As a resident advocate, Bobbie ensures that every individual's needs are met, fostering a culture of compassion and support. Her genuine love for her work shines through as she collaborates with residents and their families, guiding them through every aspect of their stay at Jefferson Healthcare. She shared, "I love being able to work with the residents and their families every day."

Beyond her professional endeavors, Bobbie cherishes family time, relishing moments with her grandchildren, and anticipating the arrival of a new granddaughter. Her commitment to family mirrors her approach to caregiving – rooted in love and dedication.
